For Ready-Made items, please allow 4-5 business days from placement of order before a shipping notification is received.

For Custom Made Items, please allow 2-3 weeks within the placement of order before a shipping notification is received. This time will allow me time to create the perfect custom item for you and/or your pup. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as the item is complete and on it's way to you!
