Refund and Rescheduling Policy for Private Crochet Classes

At Ester Z Handmade, we understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle refunds and rescheduling for our crochet classes:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Each student is allowed one rescheduling per class.

• Refunds: Due to the preparation required for each class, we do not offer refunds. If you cannot attend and are unable to reschedule within the allowed timeframe, the class will be forfeited.

For group classes, rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance of the class. Due to the nature of group settings, we cannot offer last-minute rescheduling.
