Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love all of our products here at Ester Z Handmade, but if you have a product that is not custom made and would like to return it or would like to exchange it, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your product arriving.To be eligible for a return or an exchange, please send your item back in the same condition received (unused, unwashed, and without pet hair), within 30 days of arrival. We will issue you a refund or an exchange. Custom made orders, international orders, orders exceeding the 30-day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
